DX Marketing Manager / Specialist

To drive marketing initiatives for cloud-based disruptive technologies, with a focus on B2B solutions such as IIoT, Asset Management, Digital Twin, and Energy Management. You’ll work closely with the global DX team to develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and support the growth of DX business.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of global DX business strategies, market trends, and areas of customer growth.
  • Identify gaps in the current marketing plan and develop improvement strategies to address shortcomings.
  • Create, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to introduce new DX Service offerings to the market.
  • Effectively communicate the unique selling points, features, and customer requirements of DX Service offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop marketing collateral in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean languages to promote DX Service solutions to business units, regional offices, and channel partners.
  • Define marketing targets for DX Service and ensure they align with customer needs and messages.
  • Establish metrics to measure the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration with regional and local marketing teams.
  • Secure support and coordination from internal regional and headquarters marketing teams to execute marketing activities, including leveraging company social media platforms and other marketing tools.
  • Assist the Business Development team in driving DX business growth through external marketing initiatives.
  • Play a pivotal role in showcasing the key focus areas during exhibitions.
  • Main Outcomes/KPIs: Qualified Opportunities, the number of external events attended, and Submitted Proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related discipline with exposure to marketing or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with experience in selling cloud/disruptive technology portfolios.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in DX Service marketing, with at least 2 years of specialization in IIoT, particularly Asset and Energy domains.
  • Exposure to cloud-related technology DX Service or subscription-based DX Service.
  • Must possess knowledge of Asset Performance Management or IoT applications.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing DX Service marketing strategies in previous roles.
  • Skilled in writing, capable of transforming business requirements into promotional articles that enhance value and pique user interest.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or slide design and presentation skills.
  • having previous experience in a startup environment offers a significant advantage
  • Strong creative abilities, including the creation of futuristic videos to promote IIoT/Asset Management Solutions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, content, and social media marketing.

Business Executive

Assisting the Head of Business Development in crafting reports for HQ’s executive and top management, covering orders, opportunities, sales, costs, P/L, and business activities. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Also supporting in quarterly presentations to top management.

Responsibilities:

  • Closely engage with regional sales to get the opportunity and order information. Review them to ensure accurate information.
  • Craft monthly reports in both Word and PowerPoint formats, facilitating presentations by the Business Head to headquarters’ top management.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting, note summary on behalf of Business Head or Business Development Manager
  • Evaluate information gathering and reporting processes, identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.

  • Promptly remind the Head of Business Development regarding impending contract expirations.
  • Offer support to Business Admin by overseeing project-related invoicing with relevant departments during their absence.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing a report in Word and Power Point
  • Hands-on Experience handling stakeholder management, summaries them and provide the key point to Head of Business Development
  • Hands-on Experience on handling Sales/Business Coordination for order and opportunity
  • Hands-on Experience on Business Operation and Order Management

    • Design cost and performance effective, event driven architecture for IoT Platform
    • Design high scalable, high availability architecture
    • Design multi-tenant and cloud agnostic architecture with cost effective way
    • Develop Functional Design Document.
  • Security
    • Best Practices, Design end to end security including benchmarking and penetration test.
    • Security such as authentication, authorization, cryptographic, OWASP standard, JWT, etc.
    • Perform Sanity test, security test, pent test with 3rd party, unit integration and other tests.
  • Operation
    • Deployment strategy
    • Performance test especially for the ingestion to be capable to handle large number of device with fast interval (less than a second) and auto scale up/down with the cost-effective way.

Condition Monitoring Consultant

The Condition Monitoring Consultant is responsible for providing the deep technical consultancy in root cause failure analysis and predictive maintenance of rotating machines, and developing the solution which can output failure codes and corrective recommendations. This also include cost benefit analysis, ROI justification to influence customer of the solution provided.

The Key Focus areas include:

  • Energy/Asset Management
  • Asset Type: Pump, Compressor, Fan/Blower, Agitator, Boiler, Heat Exchanger

The Performance KPI will be measured based on:

  • Asset Management services [SaaS] Order Intake
  • Customer Satisfaction Rating

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in Pre-Sales and Functional Designing
  • Analyse customer business need and translate into technical and functional requirements
  • Promote best practice of condition base monitoring
  • Analyse rotating equipment include the data, and do an analysis of the potential problem. And propose the recommendations solution
  • Develop failure analysis/FMEA and recommendation; to work out the base data/information from the experience and later will be combine with customer information.
  • Analyse the efficiency and health score/index of the asset based on the data
  • Develop algorithm to improve the efficiency of the asset and reduce the downtime
  • Develop algorithm for performance KPI such as adjusted pump curve based on data and manufacture data sheet
  • Analyse FFT of the equipment and identify the defect
  • Analysing rotating asset data and do a pre-processing of the data. Develop algorithm of predictive maintenance to predict the time to failure of the asset
  • Write-up the solution to differentiate with competitor and provide value proposition to increase the winning chance
  • Develop asset strategy document for each of asset equipment

 Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Vibration Technology II certification
  • Completion Certificate for Predictive Maintenance Customer project is required for proof
  • Good knowledge in root cause failure analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, health score and time to failure from vibration raw data, spectrum data, thermography, current signature, etc.
  • Very knowledgeable of rotating machine theory and operation, such as pump, fan, compressor, blower, etc.
  • Very knowledgeable FFT spectrum and develop analysis solutions. FFT deep knowledge is a MUST
  • Knowledgeable on rotating equipment such as pump, compressor, which include impeller, bearing, temperature, current
  • Industrial code standard for rotating equipment such as ISO, alarm/alert setting, etc.
  • Strong domain knowledge on Asset Management Software: Asset Monitoring, KPI, Predictive Maintenance, Potential Saving, CO2
