Description

The Sales Account Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies and go-to-market plans for new business expansion. This role requires driving pipeline opportunities from prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meetings, following up, and commercial proposal development to order closure. The ideal candidate should have a strong personal network of decision-makers and business partners to facilitate total turnkey system integration, including hardware and software—covering design, build, operation, and maintenance.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow strategic accounts to establish recurring business and scale up revenue year-over-year.
  • Plan, implement, and organize customer visits/meetings to close new sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies with actionable plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts to expand business opportunities.
  • Understand customer decision-making processes, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to position solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain a strong business partner network within key vertical and horizontal focus areas to drive strategic sales initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Participate in commercial proposal reviews to ensure alignment with winning targets and profitability objectives.
  • Strategize business models with business partner ecosystems while maintaining profitability.

 Requirements:

  • At least 8 to 10 years in Business Development and Sales Management in the relevant field
  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong customer network, including C-level decision-makers in key focus areas.
  • Strong business partner network to introduce new customers, including C-suite executives.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to lead meetings and demonstrate solution value to customers.
  • Consultative sales approach to identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ability to conduct solution demonstrations and deliver impactful sales presentations.
  • Strategic thinking for account development and sales growth.
  • Strong experience in recurring business models, such as SaaS.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong financial acumen for business modeling and profitability management.
