Description

To drive business growth in the SEA and South Asia regions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in the process automation industry, demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with top-level key accounts, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with top management of key accounts across SEA and South Asia, aligning closely with their business objectives.
  • Utilize existing networks and resources to strengthen and expand connections with global and regional key accounts in the process automation industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, delivering a seamless and professional experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region to drive growth and enhance the company’s presence in SEA and South Asia.
  • Create and implement innovative strategies to engage and secure global key accounts in the process automation industry.
  • Expand into untapped markets while strengthening and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) established by top management within the specified timeframe.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales plans and strategies for each account to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Track account performance, deliver precise forecasts, and ensure outcomes align with the company’s objective.
  • Establish trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers at key accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Offer technical and commercial guidance, showcasing the company’s advanced process automation solutions.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the process automation industry and addressing customers’ unique challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the company’s internal teams, including product, engineering, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Lead regional initiatives by coordinating cross-departmental resources to achieve unified goals.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer demands in SEA and South Asia to fine-tune strategic priorities.
  • Deliver regular insights to senior management, ensuring the company remains proactive in addressing industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in process automation technologies to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
  • Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales data within the CRM system.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance, sales pipeline, and achievements to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and key account management within the process automation industry.
  • Established relationships with top management in key accounts across SEA and South Asia are a bonus.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and deliver tangible results.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing strategies to secure and grow global key accounts.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential for effective communication with Chinese counterparts.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to collaborate effectively across SEA and South Asia.
