Business Operation Specialist

To work closely with the Business Development and Business Operation  teams to monitor and track sales opportunities globally. You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, ensuring accurate information, preparing reports, and supporting stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to gather and review opportunity and order information.
  • Prepare monthly reports in Word and PowerPoint formats for presentations to top management.
  • Maintain the accuracy of opportunity, order information, and issue gentle reminders to the region in case of any discrepancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for regional sales and engineering teams on order booking procedures.
  • Ensure accurate order booking using the correct codes, monitoring closely in collaboration with the Business Development team and regional sales leads. Provide support for order booking as needed.
  • Analyze data gaps and recommend improvements in information gathering and reporting processes.
  • Regularly review system-recorded orders and opportunities, guiding and training business admin as needed.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with high-level management stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operation/project management, particularly in order booking and pre-sales processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably in IIoT or asset management.
  • Proficiency in writing reports in Word and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience in sales/business coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Background in IT is preferred, along with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable with dynamic changes and able to adapt quickly to evolving requirements.
