IIoT Solution Consultant

The IIoT Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and identifying technical risks related to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. This position involves providing pre-sales support to regional sales and engineering teams, focusing on OT-IT integration, on-premises to cloud integration, and asset management. The role requires hands-on experience with OT to IT data integration and expertise in various protocols and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop IIoT solution materials and propose integration recommendations.
  • Create solutions for OT/IT data integration, including bidirectional integration between Edge Gateway and on-premises servers or the cloud.
  • Manage project timelines according to user requirements, providing regular reports, suggestions, and gap analyses.
  • Conduct evaluations/site surveys and testing with users for data integration and demonstration, including site study, front-end engineering design, implementation, and maintenance/services.
  • Support proposals, pre-sales activities, design innovation, and realization plans, coordinating with customers.
  • Prepare technical presentations for recommended solutions to customers and the Company’s internal Business Development Managers.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements to DX Engineering teams for remote execution and local regional engineering teams for local execution.

 Requirements:

  • 5 years of Hands-on experience with complex data integration from various OEM equipment.
  • Proficiency in OT protocols such as serial, ASCII, RS485/RS232, Modbus, Profibus, Telnet, Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc.
  • Familiarity with LoRaWAN, MQTT, REST, image, video.
  • Expertise in NodeRed for data integration/translation from gateway to the cloud.
  • Networking skills, including public and static SIM cards, porting, and whitelisted techniques for integration between on-prem gateway and cloud.
  • Experience with OSI PI System, PI Historian, and PI Integrator.
  • Familiarity with various IoT gateways such as Moxa, Redlion, or other 3rd-party gateways.
  • Hands-on experience with edge connectivity from OT devices to extract required data to on-premises servers or the cloud, including knowledge of Kepware or other edge devices.
  • Proficient in edge devices, including data buffering mechanisms.
  • Knowledgeable in Azure IoT Hub and OT/IT security connectivity.

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, and/or Stakeholder management especially for SI Partner and OEM Partner
  • Strong Customer network and decision maker for Key focus area with partner
  • Strong IIoT Recurring/ SaaS Subscription Business model
  • Strong partner network to support turnkey delivery. The partner will support through pre-sales and delivery
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills with experience in handling stakeholders in multinational organizations. Experience in driving collaboration effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones

Global Project Manager

The Project Manager manages global projects for Apps Development based on IT and OT-IT Technology. There will be a lot of interaction with global engineering, global business development and other global stakeholder.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery in development and execute detailed project from start to closure in line with the client project requirements.
  • Study and understand the user story and convert them into project roadmap based on the priority.
  • Tracking the progress including the issue and report weekly/sprint basis to Management and Product Owner
  • Track the quality issue, re-open bug and work with architect and product owner for permanent resolution to avoid re-open bug
  • Effectively manage the overall execution, budgets for project base delivery

 Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master is a MUST
  • More than 5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in IIoT area (SaaS/PaaS Cloud base)
  • Strong stakeholder management capability to collaborate, negotiation, diplomatic in order to convince the message.
  • Has OT-IT knowledge and able to communicate with internal and partner stakeholder in this area
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members and able to manage Knowledge, delivery acceleration, build culture of innovation and thought leadership for IT and OT-IT area
  • Knowledge of Budget and cost management as per projects of regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations with proven experience in managing a global team virtually.
