Sales Account Director

The Sales Account Director is responsible for developing sales and go-to-market strategies to drive new business expansion in key areas, including Infrastructure (Data Centers, Smart Buildings, Smart Industries/Cities, Water) and/or Manufacturing (Smart Manufacturing, MES), Energy and Sustainability, Digital Twin and other related domains.

This role involves managing the entire sales pipeline, including prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings, following up, and driving commercial proposals through to order closure. The ideal candidate should have a strong personal network of decision-makers and business partners. Additionally, a well-established business partner network in the SEA region, particularly in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct customer visits/meetings to drive new sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts to ensure recurring business and year-over-year expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Create and execute sales and marketing strategies with actionable plans to enter new markets.
  • Identify and acquire new customer accounts to expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze decision-makers, competitive pricing, and market competition to position services effectively and secure wins.
  • Establish a strong business partner network in key verticals to accelerate new account acquisition.
  • Participate in commercial proposal reviews to ensure alignment with target pricing and customer budgets.

Requirements:

  • Possess a well-established customer network and strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in key focus areas.
  • Extensive business partner network to introduce new customers, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to lead meetings and effectively demonstrate the value of solutions to customers.
  • Strong consultative approach, capable of identifying customer challenges and strategically guiding conversations toward the right solutions.
  • Proficiency in solution demonstrations and delivering impactful sales presentations.
  • Skilled in developing and executing account strategies.
  • Solid experience in managing recurring business models, such as SaaS.
  • Highly adaptable, capable of multitasking, and quick to learn in dynamic environments.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile settings.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
