Requirements:

  • Experience with integration skills (API connections to IIoT systems).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, AI, and machine learning (hands-on experience is not required).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to customer needs.

Country Manager    

As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in the country, driving sales, and ensuring the successful implementation of the strategic marketing and product initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the Thai market and a proven track record of achieving business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Leadership:
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the Company’s business objectives in Thailand.  Develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and product marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving business growth targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing and motivating teams.

This is a pivotal role responsible for providing end-to-end technical and pre-sales support with deep expertise in the field of Energy and Sustainability. This role involves understanding customer use cases and business requirements, translating them into technical functional requirements, devising consulting strategies encompassing KPIs, value propositions, ROI calculations, architecture, hardware requirements, and partnerships. Technical Account Management

Identify technical risk, sales and engineering support to HQ in Japan and Business Partner such as Asset Management Solutioning which include Cloud and asset integration and security. Japanese Market Business Development

  • To  work together with global Product / Engineering team, Business Partner in Japan as well HQ Japan for delivery/execution.
  • Support on technical/solution pre-sales, design innovation and realization plan include coordination with customer.
  • Provide training and workshop to customer.
  • Develop and Implement business process flow which is tailored to Japanese market
  • Plan, assess and monitor opportunities pipeline and growth together with global business development team.

Requirements

  • Japanese speaking is a MUST. Living in Tokyo sometimes can go on business trips within Japan.
  • English speaking is a MUST to bridge the technical, training and communication between regional Development / Project team and Japan team
  • IIoT Exposure and Asset Management experience is a MUST
  • Good communication and business knowledge to influence and promote the Asset Management solution
  • Good domain knowledge from various OT connectivity such as modbus, RS485, Lora, MQTT, Rest, etc
  • Good network experience is value add
