Global Partner Manager

Global Partner Manager is responsible to identify, qualify and establish the partnership model and candidates. By utilizing his/her networking and experience, he is expected to identify list of partners and the commercial model (pricing, white labelling, reseller agreement, etc.). He/she will also be involved to support global team on investment and M&A related activity to provide the necessary input and negotiation. The role is to be based in any of the SEA country, subject to the nationality of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop partner strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop Partner Catalogue and Price list
  • Coordinate Partnership reseller agreement together with the HQ legal
  • Develop pricing strategy for partner (margin and discount strategy)
  • Analyse gaps in the current portfolio offering and propose adoption strategy based on service requirement.
  • Explore and identify possible partner candidates in line with the partnership strategy.
  • Develop partnership with System Integrator to support pre-sales and delivery in respective country.
  • The Target Partners include:
    • SMART Infrastructure: Hardware/sensors for SMART Building, SMART Office and SMART City
    • SMART Agriculture: Hardware/sensors for Farming and Aqua Culture
    • Installation / Contractor
    • System Integrator
    • Consultant company for Smart City
    • Channel partner for selling the Company’s IIoT services. 
  • The countries coverage include: 
    • SEA [Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine]
    • Europe
    • South America
    • US
  • The KPI: 
    • Partner acquisition and utilization
    • Number of Reseller agreement
    • Number of sold services through Channel Partner

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, IT or relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience with the entire Partner Management including pricing, incentive, and strong negotiation to have competitive pricing while maintain mutual business trust.
  • Excellent communication and  negotiation skills with good experience in handling stakeholders in multinational organizations.
  • Experience in driving collaboration effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones
  • Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Ability to thrive on fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent presentation skill and customer centric.

DX Solution Architect

DX Solution Architect is responsible for understand the design requirement, solutioning, develop, simulation and integration. This include develop the end-to-end IoT architecture to ensure the scalability, stable performance and also develop documentation. He/She will work closely with pre-sales and engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture Design
    • Design Cloud Microservices architecture
    • Design cost and performance effective, event driven architecture for IoT Platform
    • Design high scalable, high availability architecture
    • Design multi-tenant architecture
    • Develop Functional Design Document.
    • Design Integration with ServiceNow and JIRA
  •  Security
    • Best Practices, Design end to end security including benchmarking and penetration test.
    • Security such as authentication, authorization, cryptographic, OWASP standard, JWT, etc.
    • Perform Sanity test, security test, pent test with 3rd party, unit integration and other tests.
  • Operation
    • Deployment strategy
    • Performance test
    • DevOps tasks with Azure DevOps as a priority.
    • Deploy CI/CD pipeline – Azure DevOps include detail architecture Helm, etc. And train the Engineer to be able to do it independently to support operation.
    • Exception handling, logging, localization, caching strategy, portability, performance, and transaction management
    • Fault management and notification
  • Development
    • Development standard and best practices.
    • Design technologies based on Business Requirement which cover domain, application persistence, infra and presentation layer.
    • Design logical view, data processing, ETL, standardization, and transformation.
    • Data modelling and mapping
    • Database migration
    • API integration
  • Training
    • Provide DevOps training to the team
    • Provide Development training to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science with Certification in Azure Architect, AWS Architect or equivalent with 8 years of experience in Microservices and DevOps
  • Must have daily hands-on experience in Azure and AWS
  • Must know Microsoft Azure microservice component and Cloud native
  • Must have the following skills and hands-on experiences:
    • Kubernetes: AKS, EC2
    • CI/CD with Azure DevOps
    • Infrastructure as code: helm, terraform.
    • Rollback management, canary deployment, etc.
    • Event Driven technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Pub Sub etc.
    • Database: NoSQL
    • Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, Redis
    • Hadoop
    • Nginx, API Gateway, Azure Front Door, Kong
    • Load balancer
    • Security tech such as SSL, OWASP, experience with Pent Test, code scanning, etc.
    • Programming: .Net Core, python, knowledgeable on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, xml
    • O/S: Linux
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Graph DB and Neo4J will be added advantage

Global Project Manager

The Project Manager manages global projects for Apps Development based on IT and OT-IT Technology. There will be a lot of interaction with global engineering, global business development and other global stakeholder.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery in development and execute detailed project from start to closure in line with the client project requirements.
  • Study and understand the user story and convert them into project roadmap based on the priority.
  • Tracking the progress including the issue and report weekly/sprint basis to Management and Product Owner
  • Track the quality issue, re-open bug and work with architect and product owner for permanent resolution to avoid re-open bug
  • Effectively manage the overall execution, budgets for project base delivery

 Requirements:

  • Engineering Graduate or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Master is a MUST
  • More than 5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in IIoT area (SaaS/PaaS Cloud base)
  • Strong stakeholder management capability to collaborate, negotiation, diplomatic in order to convince the message.
  • Has OT-IT knowledge and able to communicate with internal and partner stakeholder in this area
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members and able to manage Knowledge, delivery acceleration, build culture of innovation and thought leadership for IT and OT-IT area
  • Knowledge of Budget and cost management as per projects of regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations with proven experience in managing a global team virtually.
