We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation consulting services. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline in the DX Consulting area, positioning the Company for success and sustainable mid-term/long-term growth. In addition, the Digital Transformation Consultant will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding the customer base, and ensuring successful commercialization of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Expansion and Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive business expansion and go-to-market strategy for key focus areas which include:
      • Horizontal Focus Area:

      • Employ a guided question approach to lead customers towards our offerings.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct discovery workshops as needed.
    • Proposal Development and Implementation:
      • Assist in technical and commercial proposal development, including scope definition, ROI analysis, risk assessment, terms and conditions, and pricing.
      • Collaborate with partner SMEs to consolidate strategic approaches that influence customers towards key offerings.
    • Promote Best Practices:
      • Advocate for best practices within the key focus areas to foster agility, customer-centricity, and solution-focused thinking.
      • Provide guidance and enablement to sales, business, and project delivery teams.
    • Project Planning and Monitoring:
      • Create detailed proposals and implementation plans.
      • Monitor project execution to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years in DX/IT Consulting, including Sales and Pre-Sales Consultancy and Business Strategy Management
  • Proficiency in strategy, management, business, and DX/IT.
  • Experience in after-sales service and operations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and understanding of customer business issues.
  • Strong ability to guide customers using a question-driven approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with confidence in interacting with high-level executives, including C-suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills.
  • Knowledge of Energy & Sustainability, as well as Manufacturing.
  • SIRI certification is a plus.

Senior IoT Solution Architect

To understand the design requirement, solutioning, develop, simulation and integration. This include develop the end-to-end IoT architecture to ensure the vertical and horizontal scalability, auto scaling, self-healing, stable performance, secure and also develop documentation. To  work closely with pre-sales and engineering team to understand their feedback and keep enhancing the IIoT platform

Global Partner Manager

Global Partner Manager is responsible to identify, qualify and establish the partnership model and candidates.
