The Regional Business Development Manager collaborates closely with country and regional sales, business development, and marketing teams to strategize and formulate sales and go-to-market strategies for new business expansion initiatives (Disruptive Business). This position entails supporting regional sales and marketing efforts to cultivate pipeline opportunities by engaging in prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, scheduling discovery meetings, conducting follow-ups, and preparing commercial proposals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop Business Expansion and go-to-market strategy for assigned countries and regions in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Support regional sales and business development to plan the implementation of business expansion for sustainable growth, with a focus on maximizing recurring business.
  • Introduce new customers in key focus areas and drive pipeline growth through integrated promotional activities with support from regional and global teams.
  • Understand customer needs and strategize approaches in an agile manner for faster returns and revenue generation.
  • Identify decision-makers, competitive pricing, and positioning strategies to win against competitors.
  • Foster relationships with local sales teams for seamless business interaction across cross-functional teams.

IIoT Solution Consultant

The IIoT Solution Consultant plays a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and identifying technical risks related to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. This position involves providing pre-sales support to regional sales and engineering teams, focusing on OT-IT integration, on-premises to cloud integration, and asset management. The role requires hands-on experience with OT to IT data integration and expertise in various protocols and technologies.

  • Expertise in NodeRed for data integration/translation from gateway to the cloud.
  • Networking skills, including public and static SIM cards, porting, and whitelisted techniques for integration between on-prem gateway and cloud.
  • Experience with OSI PI System, PI Historian, and PI Integrator.
  • Familiarity with various IoT gateways such as Moxa, Redlion, or other 3rd-party gateways.
  • Hands-on experience with edge connectivity from OT devices to extract required data to on-premises servers or the cloud, including knowledge of Kepware or other edge devices.
  • Proficient in edge devices, including data buffering mechanisms.
