The role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge customer needs with technical expertise, translating requirements into compelling value propositions that influence buying decisions. As part of our client’s team, you would contribute to shaping impactful Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions and drive the adoption of transformative technologies across key industries such as Energy, Manufacturing, Automation, and Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present IIoT solution materials to align with client objectives.
• Conduct evaluations, site surveys, and collaborate closely with sales teams to demonstrate solutions effectively.
• Provide pre-sales technical and solution support, including creating technical proposals and solution plans that meet customer expectations.
• Work alongside sales and customers to define specific needs, challenges, and goals, translating them into tailored solution offerings.
• Address client concerns related to security, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and ROI, showcasing strong objection-handling skills.
• Stay updated with global market trends in IIoT and competing solutions, articulating unique advantages within the market.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IIoT technologies (e.g., industrial protocols, edge computing, cloud platforms).
• Experience with integration skills (API connections to IIoT systems).
• Familiarity with analytics tools, AI, and machine learning (hands-on experience is not required).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a startup and agile environment.
