Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand Customer business requirement from Business Development team and translate into technical functional requirement
- Be the bridge between sales, engineering team and customer
- Develop solution architecture based on requirement and input from respective product SME
- Design the end-to-end OT/IT solutioning architecture involving several system/application
- Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals for OT/IT related bids and follow up the review process until submission. Ensure the pricing is reviewed and approved by the Business Development team before sending it out
- Communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Business Development team to gather information and necessary requirement needed to complete proposal
- Managing and retaining relationship with regional sales and customer by providing the solution consultancy to increase the winning probability
- Draft commercial proposal, project costing sheet, Bill of Material and/or Quotation of relevant systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related discipline (e.g., Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Controls/process engineering, Information system engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of solutioning experience on OT Application and OT/IT Data Integration
- Excellent writing skill, persuasive and able to articulate value and differentiation
- Strong on OT/IT Solution Integration which involve various OT or IT product, e.g., Dashboard application, Asset Management, edge and cloud computing
- OT Product Knowledge is a MUST:
- Industrial Automation
- Asset Management
- OPC/OPC UA
- On prem to Cloud Integration
- MQTT, REST API
- Modbus
- Wireless
- Experience involved in pre-sales activities include solutioning commercial estimation
- Good knowledge in MS-office tool
