Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and OT solutions, with a proven track record of driving business expansion and achieving order closure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate customer requirements into technical proposals and value propositions that influence buying decisions. The key performance indicators include order intake, new customer acquisition, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical functional requirements.
  • Develop business expansion and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop technical and commercial proposals.
  • Promote the IIoT Platform/Services and recurring business models
  • Develop solution architectures based on customer requirements and input from product SMEs.
  • Participate in designing end-to-end OT/IT solutions involving multiple systems/applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and involves in designing microservices solution architectures with the team.
  • Understand customer needs and develop agile strategies.
  • Identify decision-makers and analyze pricing strategies.
  • Conduct workshops, solution presentations, and influence stakeholders.
  • Develop customer presentation materials based on business and technical requirements.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline and customer accounts.
  • To build, manage and retain relationships with regional sales, customers, end-users, and business partners.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives with external and internal partners.
  • Collaborate with the Network Sales team to prioritize leads.
  • Support service promotion initiatives, regional sales and business development efforts.
  • Ensure order closure and meet assigned targets.
  • Introduce new customers in key focus areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in the similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of recurring/subscription business with hands-on experience in Cloud and SaaS business models.
  • Experience in incremental business, particularly in AIoT, Asset Management, and OT Industries.
  • Strong expertise in OT/IT Solution Integration, spanning asset management, operation management, production management, and supply chain management.
  • Strong Program and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong experience in analytic solutions for OT applications.
  • Strong System Integrator and Supplier network.
  • Strong in agile methodology.
  • Strong customer network and C-level decision-maker connections.
  • Ability to drive meetings and showcase solution value.
  • Strong consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in solution demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in multinational team environments.
  • Highly adaptable with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
