The Business Development Manager works closely with regional sales and business development to plan and strategize the Asset Management and Cybersecurity business growth. This role is responsible for supporting regional sales on providing consultancy and driving new pipeline opportunities through prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meeting, and increase the PoC till order realization.

Key focus is to Drive Growth for

1.  Asset Management – Cloud base, SaaS model

  • Performance management
  • Alarm/Event Management
  • RoI/Cost Saving
  • Predictive maintenance
  • RCFA – Root Caused Failure Analysis
  • FMEA – Failure Mode Effect Analysis
  • IIoT Technology such as Edge, OT/IT integration, AR/VR, Cloud business

2. OT-IT Cyber Security Services


Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plan for Asset Management Services
  • Drive pipeline growth through promotional Asset Management and Security activities
  • Understand customer need and strategies the approach in agile manner
  • Conduct discovery workshop
  • Involve on marketing promotion for asset management
  • Develop roadmap for Asset Management growth
  • Develop presentation for Asset Management and Cybersecurity and strategies the value proposition and competitive differentiation clearly and concisely
  • The candidate will closely in touch with regional sales to drive and secure the opportunity
  • Work with technical team to translate the business requirement for further development
  • Build relationship for business interaction with cross function team
  • Work with regional sales on marketing video creation
  • Involve on technical and commercial Proposal to identify the scope, risk, T&C and pricing with the support from proposal/bid team.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree with 8 years in Business Development and Program Management for Asset Management and OT-IT Cybersecurity Business
  • Candidate who has Order KPI experience for at least 5 years especially as services business which involve cloud is preferred.
  • Be familiar with Energy, Petrochemical and O&G, Mining and Manufacturing industries
  • Strong IIoT knowledge (OT/IT integration, Edge, AR/VR, Cloud) and how to corelate with Asset Management and Security business
  • Understand how to apply Asset Management and Security business in these vertical industries
  • Strong experience on Asset Management industries standard such as ISA95, IEC 62682
  • Must know how to promote, create a solution presentation and promotion in the area of asset management which is offered as SaaS (Cloud base).
  • Familiar with Sales and Pre-Sales process
  • Strong experience on SaaS and PaaS business model and pricing strategy
  • Good knowledge on Cybersecurity for on prem to Cloud integration
  • Work with technical team to translate the business requirement for further development or enhancement of existing solution
  • Involve on technical and commercial proposal to identify the scope, risk, T&C and pricing with the support from proposal/bid team.
  • Conduct business and technical workshop for Asset Management and Cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated experience on the entire Business Management Lifecycle
  • Must have experience dealing directly with end-user but not through any channel partner
  • Build relationship for business interaction with cross function team
  • Work with regional sales on marketing video creation
  • Excellent presentation skill and customer centric
  • Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
  • Ability to thrive on fast-paced and agile environment
