• Report to sales manager for Cybersecurity solution proposals
  • Analyze customer RFQ for project proposal, raise and resolve any queries
  • Responsible for communication with internal and external shareholders, generating technical and commercial proposal deliverables in time to support the regional sales
  • Prepare proposals / statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating the Company’s Security’s value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
  • Responsible for technical and commercial proposal inquiry from regional sales for the in-house Cybersecurity products and external Cybersecurity products
  • Support pre-sales activity to conduct technical clarification, presentation, and demo to customer
  • Responsible for order booking preparation and proper handover to engineering team during project award
  • Ensure both soft/hard personal skills are kept up to date (e.g. maintaining certs, attending trainings, vendor briefings, webinars etc.) for successful execution of role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel per business needs  and visit critical infrastructure and remote plant sites


  • A Professional Cert./Diploma/ Degree/ in Computer Science or IT related
  • Min 2 years of working experience in sales engineer or presales role. Solution sales engineering experience is preferred
  • Understand OT cybersecurity standard, IEC62443, GICSP, NIST
  • Create presentation with Powerpoint and create Visio network diagram
  • Good Network or System solution knowledge
  • Good business domain knowledge in CRM (Sales and Servicing).
  • Be able to multi tasks and work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new requests
  • A good team player and able to work among cross functional team
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
