Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation consulting services. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional sales teams to build a strong sales pipeline in the DX Consulting area, positioning the Company for success and sustainable mid-term/long-term growth. In addition, the Digital Transformation Consultant will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding the customer base, and ensuring successful commercialization of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Expansion and Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive business expansion and go-to-market strategy for key focus areas which include:
      • Horizontal Focus Area:
        1. OT/IT and IT Enterprise [ERP, MES, Supply Chain, Logistic and Warehousing]
        2. Asset Management [Asset Utility and Asset Enterprise]
        3. AIoT [Analytic and IoT include integration]
      • Vertical Focus Area:
        1. Manufacturing
        2. Energy and Sustainability
        3. Other Industries
      • Identify opportunities and methods to drive sales growth through customer networks and the acquisition of new customers in the key focus areas.
    • Consulting Strategy and Approach:
      • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and tailor agile strategies to accelerate sales revenue generation.
      • Employ a guided question approach to lead customers towards our offerings.
      • Create visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate proposals.
    • Customer Engagement and Analysis:
      • Identify and analyze customer issues through consultative conversations.
      • Conduct negotiations and influence customers to meet sales objectives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct discovery workshops as needed.
    • Proposal Development and Implementation:
      • Assist in technical and commercial proposal development, including scope definition, ROI analysis, risk assessment, terms and conditions, and pricing.
      • Collaborate with partner SMEs to consolidate strategic approaches that influence customers towards key offerings.
    • Promote Best Practices:
      • Advocate for best practices within the key focus areas to foster agility, customer-centricity, and solution-focused thinking.
      • Provide guidance and enablement to sales, business, and project delivery teams.
    • Project Planning and Monitoring:
      • Create detailed proposals and implementation plans.
      • Monitor project execution to ensure successful delivery.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
      • Total Order Intake (Financial Target) for Horizontal Focus Area
      • Recurring Revenue
      • Acquisition of new mid-term/long-term customers

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years in DX/IT Consulting, including Sales and Pre-Sales Consultancy and Business Strategy Management
  • Proficiency in strategy, management, business, and DX/IT.
  • Experience in after-sales service and operations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and understanding of customer business issues.
  • Strong ability to guide customers using a question-driven approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with confidence in interacting with high-level executives, including C-suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills.
  • Knowledge of Energy & Sustainability, as well as Manufacturing.
  • SIRI certification is a plus.

OT-IT Solution Consultant

The OT-IT Solution Consultant is responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical and commercial proposals. This role requires creative and strategic thinking to integrate various information into comprehensive solution offerings. The OT-IT Solution Consultant collaborates with the Business Development and SME teams to grasp both the business and technical expectations. The primary focus areas include Smart City, Smart Industries, Smart Infrastructure, Energy and Utility, as well as horizontal technologies such as Cloud-based Device and IIoT, Energy and Utility, and ERP Integration.

Key Vertical Focus Areas:

  • Smart City, Smart Industries, Smart Infrastructure

  • ERP Integration

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical functional requirements.
  • Ensure that the Company key IIoT Services content is included in solutions when integrating partner solutions.
  • Develop solution architectures based on customer requirements and gather input from respective product SMEs.
  • Design end-to-end OT/IT solution architectures involving multiple systems/applications.
  • Analyse business requirements and design microservices solution architectures, considering performance, cost, resources, and timelines.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with regional sales and customers by providing solution consultancy to increase the probability of winning.
  • Develop customer presentation materials based on business and technical requirements.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills, persuasion abilities, and the capability to articulate business value to influence users.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Degree with 5 years’ experience in Solution and Proposal Engineering for IIoT and MES
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in Smart City and Smart Industries solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Energy and Utility.
  • Strong hands-on experience in MES and ERP integration.
  • Strong proposal management and stakeholder management skills.
  • A robust network of System Integrator partners and supplier contacts to support turnkey deliveries in key vertical focus areas.
  • Excellent presentation skills, persuasive abilities, and the capability to articulate business value effectively.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology.
