Business Executive

Assisting the Head of Business Development in crafting reports for HQ’s executive and top management, covering orders, opportunities, sales, costs, P/L, and business activities. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Also supporting in quarterly presentations to top management.


  • Closely engage with regional sales to get the opportunity and order information. Review them to ensure accurate information.
  • Craft monthly reports in both Word and PowerPoint formats, facilitating presentations by the Business Head to headquarters’ top management.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting, note summary on behalf of Business Head or Business Development Manager
  • Evaluate information gathering and reporting processes, identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
  • Regularly review order and opportunity that are recorded in the system to ensure is proper information. Collaborate with business admin to guide and train them on entering information
  • Work with various high management stakeholder to schedule the quarterly meeting
  • Maintain communication with HR agency to update key staff information, contract dates, and relay such details to the Head of Business Development.
  • Promptly remind the Head of Business Development regarding impending contract expirations.
  • Offer support to Business Admin by overseeing project-related invoicing with relevant departments during their absence.


  • Excellent writing a report in Word and Power Point
  • Hands-on Experience handling stakeholder management, summaries them and provide the key point to Head of Business Development
  • Hands-on Experience on handling Sales/Business Coordination for order and opportunity
  • Hands-on Experience on Business Operation and Order Management
  • Experience with HR mater is value add
  • Well verse in excel
