The role entails creatively translating requirements into technical proposals to influence customer decisions, supporting Business Development and SME teams by strategizing solutions that meet customer expectations regarding system architecture, budget, key KPIs, and future digital transformation. Responsibilities:

  • Understand Customer business requirement and translate into technical functional requirement to meet customer expectations.
  • Promote the Company’s IIoT Platform/Services and generate Sales Orders
  • Develop solution architecture based on customer requirement and input from respective product SME
  • Design the end-to-end OT/IT solutioning architecture involve several system/applications
  • Analyse business requirement and design micro services solution architecture considering the performance, cost, resources and timeline
  • Conduct workshop, solution presentation and influencing
  • Managing and retaining relationship with regional sales and customer by providing the solution consultancy to increase the winning chance
  • Develop customer presentation material based on upon business and technical requirement
  • Excellent presentation skill, persuasive and able to articulate business value and influencing user

 Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in IT and OT Solution for Emerging Vertical market and strong partner network to support solutioning and project delivery
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud business and SaaS business model
  • Strong knowledge with recuring / subscription business
  • Strong on OT/IT Solution Integration which involve various OT and IT services
  • Strong on OT/IT Integration for asset management application, operation management application, production management, supply chain management
  • Strong Program Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Strong experience on analytic solution for OT application
  • Strong System Integrator partner network and Supplier network to support turnkey delivery in Key Vertical Focus area
  • Excellent presentation skill, persuasive and able to articulate business value and influencing user
  • Strong on agile methodology

Account Manager

The Account Manager is tasked with developing a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy to drive new business expansion. We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation consulting services. In addition, the Digital Transformation Consultant will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding the customer base, and ensuring successful commercialization of projects.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years in DX/IT Consulting, including Sales and Pre-Sales Consultancy and Business Strategy Management
  • Proficiency in strategy, management, business, and DX/IT.
  • Experience in after-sales service and operations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and understanding of customer business issues.
  • Strong ability to guide customers using a question-driven approach.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with confidence in interacting with high-level executives, including C-suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills.
  • Knowledge of Energy & Sustainability, as well as Manufacturing.
  • SIRI certification is a plus.
